It seems that the issue of not being able to use control backslash to
open the WE UI has returned. Sometimes it works and sometimes it
doesn't. When it doesn't work control backslash only dings as well as
if you go to the sys tray and enter on Window eyes it dings.
When it does work about half the time the ui opens but focus remains on
the desk top. Trying to use the alt tab to get focus on the UI doesn't
work.
