That's exactly why I hate to see titles in full caps. 
First you will have to copy and paste your recipe into Microsoft Word.  Now
position your cursor at the first letter of the title. Now hold down your shift
key and press your end key on the six pack while holding down the shift. Let go
of the keys. Your title is now highlighted.  Tap the alt key, and tab over until
you hear "Change Case" and hit enter.  Now down-arrow until you hear "capitalize
each word."  Hit enter again there, and y our title line is now capitalized so
that only the first letter of each word in that line is upper-case.  Save the
change, and you're done.
