I still freeze every time I read a link in an email with down-arrow. Works great in read to end, but if down-arrowing through the message, every link freezes for somewhere between 15 and 45 seconds. I have to jut keep tapping caps lock to see when speech returns. Then I can down arrow to the next frozen link. I had hoped this would go away with the installation of IE 11, but link lock continues.
