I can't say anything about Rhapsody, since I don't know much more than
that it is an audio editor.
As for the attribute option, this is located under Screen, Other in the
Window-Eyes control panel, where you can tab over to Attribute Changes,
and change it to On, since it is off by default.
As for antivirus software, I use Microsoft Security Essentials. It is
normally transparent to the user, and only appears on detection of a
virus, at which time the dialog which pops up is fully accessible.
