Hi Butch,

First, use Control-Windows-F2 to call up the Voice Rotor Configuration dialog, and check the check box called "Automatically Save Voice Settings." Then, tab over to the Save button and press it, and then tab over to the Close button, and press it. Now, when you switch between synthesizers, the speech parameters for the current voice will be save automatically before switching to the next voice.

As for the hot keys to use for adjusting the rate, use Control-Alt-LeftArrow to toggle through the speech parameters. When you find the Rate, use Control-Alt-UpArrow to increase it and Control-Alt-DownArrow to decrease it.

hth,

Rod

Hello, when I press windows key F2 and rotor to voice Tom or Samantha, they
speak much faster than my default voice, wich is eloquence Reed. I have the
voice rate in the screen noad set to global, so can anyone tell me how to get
all the voices to speak at the same rate, or tell me the hotkey to slow down
speech on the fly? Thank you much.
