To all the users on the list,
I am glad to announce to all of you, that I have just uploaded the newest
version (0.68) of the popular Extended Dictionary app. It is available from GW
App Central, for immediate download. Enjoy it!
Here is a quick list of the news in this version. But first of all, let me tell
you, that this version has a fix for the "Full stop" issue, experienced with
the American Vocalizer voices.
What's New
In Version 0.68
-. The user can now choose his prefered Editor, for modifying the Dictionary
Files.
-. The user now is being offered the chance of Emailing his
Bug Reports,
Feature requests,
or Collection of Dictionaries,
to the App Developer. This should give better chance for further
development to meet user's requests and experiences.
-. General updates and modifications of the shipping dictionaries, to enhance
the user experience.
-. Modified, rebuilt, and enhanced the program code of the app. Several
routines should now work more stabil.
-. Enhanced the internal error handling.
-. General bug fixes.
-. The Capture Spoken Phrases app, now will turn the capturing off, after a
preset timeout. This will ensure, that the user does not forget the capturing
is on, and goes on with personal data handling. The preset timeout, can be
altered through the Settings dialog.
-. Fixed several bugs in the Capture Spoken Phrases app, along with a rewrite
of part of the code. Things now should work more correct.
-. Updated - and extended - a handful chapters in the User's Guide.
