Hi, Well I don't know why you are having this problem. What I can say is your e-mail client is no longer being developed there for you can't exspect gw micro to really fix it if there is a problem. It might be time to give tunder bird a try or windows live mail. Both of these clients are in active development.

Lately however, the more recent versions of WindowEyes would not read the descriptions of emails such as: "sent, unread, attachment, etc." Interestingly hoever, if I close and reopen WindowEyes while Eudora is still open, the whole thing works like a charm and I am informed whether my email is sent, unread, or, whether it has an attachment or not without having to open the email. Why is that? Is there no fix at all in this world in which we can create software to do just about anything? Happy New Year to all! As I said to my children, "yes, the year is new. But are you? Are you refocusing? Are you renewed? Or, will you do the same old thing in the New Year? May God be your wisdom and your guide. Solomon.
