True, the Extended Dictionary does sometimes give you slightly different
messages, when you read certain kind of text. All due to entries in the
Dictionaries.
Yet, the kind of message you here describe, is not produced by - or,
directly related to the Extended Dictionary.

Subject: internet explorer possible issue
hi, I noticed when I click on an email link window eyes says HTML tab
control 1 of 6. I am using the extended dictionary app. does this
provide more functionality in that it reads more info? it is not a
problem so much as I noticed things were being displayed differently. note
nothing else was open when I clicked on the link.
