Hi,
You can use f7 to use the word spell checker dialog you can also use the Window-eyes commands alt-' and alt-; to jump from spelling errors.

If using the second option, press your applications key or shift-f10 to bring up the list of suggestions. Note: in order to get alt-; and alt-' to work you must have check spelling as you type enabled in word.
