Hi Rick:the "Start WE at the login screen" refers to the screen which
comes up if you need to type a password in order to log in.
The "always run after login" refers to what happens after you log in.
If you do not have a password and your system logs you in
automatically, then you can probably check both options and
Window-eyes will start up just fine, although some people may have had
different experiences than I did,  so you have to discover what
combination works best for you.
