After checking the link, I found thisdefinitely is the same survey. It
uses standard controls so other Window-eyes users shouldn't have any
problems.

I fear that other Window-Eyes users might have problems filling this
out, due to the nature of MSAA in Window-Eyes. This is unfortunate,
since Window-Eyes is my Primary screen reader, and I stated that in the
survey.
