Hi Tom,
I am writing on the list because it does concern Window-Eyes. I have written an app named Word Advanced Features (for all versions of MS Word). One of the things it does is to read the number and/or text of a footnote, as you move to a line containing the footnote. Without the app, WE only tells you there is a footnote somewhere on the line, and nothing else. You must move the cursor to the footnote before WE will tell you the footnote number and read you the text. The app does quite a bit more, but if you must read through a lot of text containing footnotes, this could be helpful to you. You can get Word Advanced Features using appGet or the app central web site on GW Micro. It has been ages since I worked with them, and never in MS Word. The Access Solutions tutorial doesn’t provide help on this. Any tips would be helpful. Please write off list as this is not a Window-Eyes issue. I am using WE 8.4 on Windows 7 64-bit. Thanks. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
