Something that I found a bit unclear here, please:
If I install a modern version of Office, and then download the new
WE for
Office, will it simply just be the exact same as the paid-for
version of WE
I am currently running? And if so, am I right that hereafter all
people need
to do is to upgrade to Office 2010 and they will never have to pay for
Window-Eyes again? So all SMA customers and non-SMA customers, will
they be
equally permitted the upgrades? And, will we still have to face the
fact
that WE will be released differently in different languages, even when
Microsoft releases their products simultaneously in many languages?
As it
has been up till now, even if my MS products are released in a locale
version, I will often have to wait for months for the updated
versions of
the screen reader. But how will all of that be cared for now, by the
WE for
Office?
That GW should start to "give away" a product you so strictly have been
copyrighting up till now, I feel a bit surprising, and therefore
wonder if
there is something I may have missed. Oh, and one more thing, what
about the
multi-lingual users? Will we finally see a version of WE where the
users
round the globe will be allowed same access cross the different
languages?
Or, will the version I am granted the right to download be linked to a
specific language of my Operating system or my Office version, or even
according to my download location. Found it somehow unclear from the
given
website, so would be great with some clarification on what it is GW so
freely give out now. If you are going freeware, then that would be
great,
but otherwise, please tell us what is hidden in this offer - comes to
restrictions and small print. Sounds like a great offer, and would
surely be
wonderful, but I want to make sure what is the realities.
As more and more people will be running Office 2010 or newer, and
since you
apparently are giving them the screen reader for free, will that be
the end
of all paid-for versions of WE? Or, what is the real deal here, PLEASE?
Regards,

Kim,
No; it is a full working copy of our product. This and many other
questions are answered at www.WindowEyesForOffice.com.

Is this a limited copy of Window-eyes which only works with Microsoft
products? Even if that's so, it sounds like a good idea for a lot of
people.
