There is a couple of things, that definitely are not covered in the FAQ, so
thought I would ask them here, hoping for some clarification:

1. If a user has two different computers, and a valid version of Office is
running on both machines, he of course can download and install the WE For
Office on the two machines. Now, say he wants to buy some extra voices, to
raise the speech quality. Will he then have to buy one license for Vocalizer
for each machine? Or, can he buy one license for a given voice or voice series,
and install it on as many machines he wants? This of course, applies to any of
the extra voice packages, regardless of name and manufacturer.

2. If the user is running two or more machines, and for some reason wants to
run one machine in English, and another in a locale language. From what I can
see, he can download WE For Office in a number of languages. So, he downloads
the English version for his English computer, and a localized version of the
screen reader for his locale languaged machine. Now he wants the speech to
improve, and he decides to buy the complete series of the Vocalizer Expressive,
or even Eloquence. Again, will he need one license for each machine, since they
are running differently languaged versions of WE For Office? Or, can he simply
install the same buying on both systems, and choose the proper voice and
language within the package?

3. Does all local dealers provide the different extra voice packages, or, is
that a decision for each individual dealer? Several months ago, I asked our
local dealer for pricing on the Vocalizer voices and the Dectalk, and was met
with absolutely no response. contacting GW, I did get no response either,
guessing because they thought I should go to the local dealer. And, when
pressing the "get additional voices" choice under the Help menu of WE, I am
taken to the webpage directly with GW in the States. It takes my credit card
info, my address and all that, and then ask me to move to the next step, where
I am informed that I am not qualifying since I am not living in the States.
Would be nice, if GW could clarify if all dealers are actually offering us the
full set of extra voices, and if not, how in the world your international
customers are going to get the chance of owning extra voices. Can we go for
some kind of a regional dealer, if our local dealer does not want to sell us the
 voices for whatever reason?

I greatly would appreciate some feedback on this set of questions, as it would
be of high value in my further decisions.
