Hi: A few months ago I read that sails of Windows 8 from its inception until the time the article was written were less than sails of Windows Vista for a similar period of time. I would suspect that if Microsoft continues to follow the pattern that they have established over the last several operating systems, Windows 9 will be similar to Windows 8, except that the design will be much better in the same way that Windows 7 is similar to Vista, except that all the design flaws have been worked out to make it a much more stable system.
