The two questions are about firstly the use of quick filter to locate emails and the use of filtering messages to direct mail to a named folder rather than inbox.

1. After sorting my emails into "from" order I used a set of instructions which involved a lot of tabbing to be able to enter "kar" into an edit box to get all the emails from a lady named Karen. A sighted person then told me I could have achieved the same thing using the quick filter option. This involves accessing the quick filter button on the screen and turning on quick filter on which I achieved by using shift-ctrl-f to find "quick filter button". You then have to type the characters you are looking for, in my case "kar" into an edit box located at the top right of the screen. ?This edit box is at the top right of the screen but I can get windoweyes to find it. Does anyone have any experience of using quick filter please.

2. When I was using outlook express I had a rule which directed all emails that I got with BCAB in the subject directly to a folder named BCAB bypassing my inbox. I get many emails from a BCAB mailing list and currently my inbox is clogging up as I have no idea how to achieve directing appropriate emails straight into the BCAB folder. Does anyone know how I achieve this please.
