As answered, all SAPI devices and hardware are supported only Vocalizers and eloquence and Dectalk should be payed.

Well this is a sapi device. The question once again. Does window-eyes for
office support sapi devices?
This is not covered in the faq and it should be. Another question is what
about hardware speech devices? Another question what about braille

Vocalizer are having only Zuzana Czech, which is bad. Acapela is having
Eliska, what is good pronnouncation and intonation. Will be planed put it

Any SAPI or hardware synthesizers will work fine. Acapela is currently not
available, but you can purchase Vocalizer or Vocalizer Expressive which
includes the Daniel voice as well as Czech support.
