hi, Window-eyes should read the email message in HTMl automatically unless you have told WLM not to. If Window-eyes doesn’t you can go into browse mode and tab once then get out of browse mode. I think that problem has been fixed but really have not noticed it or paid attention to it. you open a link just like you would on a web page, by pressing enter on it.
