Hi Jim: Do you have the Windowslivemail setfile associated with Windows Live Mail?
In order to test this, do th following. 1. Make sure that "Advanced settings" in the Wijndow-eyes help menu is thecked. 2. Open Windows Live Mail. 3. Press control-backslash to go to the Window-eyes control panel. 4. You should Windows say "window-eyes active Windowslivemail.set associated Windowslivemail.set". If you here Window-eyes say the name of another setfile, then that means that the Windowslivemail setfile is not loading when you open Windows Live Mail. You have to open the Windowslivemail set file and then associate it with the Windows Livee Mail application. In order to keep this post short, I will just say that you can find instructions on how to perform these actions in the manual.
