Hi listers. I am running an HP sleekbook 15 laptop with Windows 8.1 and Window Eyes won't read the start screen. I am running Window Eyes as an administrator, all other settings are normal as far as I can tell.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and all to no avail. My folders and the web reads fine. I did notice during the install, the name and company fields were not labled, so I don't know what to change with this laptop to make everything work normally again. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all over the place.
