Hi Ron:

Do the following.
1. from where you are in the spreadsheet, press alt-shift-h to get
into the header/totals dialog.
2. press shift-tab twice and Windows will say "rows and columns to use.
3.  Type a1 if the column headers are row 1.
4. Tagb twice and then type a name for the headers or titles.
5. Tab once and choose the region to use.  You will probably want to
use the full work sheet, so press the Down Arrow until you get to that
choice.
6. Tab once and press the Down Arrow key until you get to Column Headers.
7. Tab to the Add Entry button and press the spacebar.
8. Tab to the OK button and press the spacebar.

Now when you press the right or left arrow keys, Window-eyes will
speak the header of the column that you have moved to.
