Hi, I recently bought a HP computer with windows 8.1. Is there any customization I need to do in windows to work with Window-eyes? I notice on a couple of my programs, it will not read what is on the screen. For example, Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate will not read the tab on top and Corel WinDVD Pro 11 will not read anythin on the screen and these programs did work in XP and Win7.
