I would appreciate feedback and suggestions from the list on this web page. It is my health insurance. I cannot consistently log in. If I play around with browse mode, I sometimes can find both the user name and password fields. I am using Windows 7, IE11, and WE 8.4. The real answer is for the site to fix this. I have a new contact and maybe this will lead to a real solution. Nonetheless, I wish feedback and any suggestions on the best way to communicate to the web site master what is going on. Here are the steps if you can assist: 1. Go to our website; http://www.apwuhp.com 2. Select eHealthRecord 3. Select members 4. log in.
