You'll find that setting in the Window-Eyes control panel in the General>
Startup Options node of the settings tree view, George. On the startup
options properties page, there is a set of After logging in radio buttons.
Assuming you would at least want WE to speak during login, choose the never
radio button and WE will not load after the user logs on to the computer. If
your intention is to keep WE unloaded until you want it, then there is a
global startup options, set options button as well. There are two self
explanatory check boxes and an OK and cancel button in this dialog. If you
choose to uncheck both of the boxes and select OK, that dialog will close,
putting you back in the Startup Options property page. Tab once to make sure
the After logging in radio button is set to runWindow-Eyes using the global
startup options radio button.
