Sure use goldWave and get the cccp that or k light codet pack. This will provide you with everything you need to get the job done. then you can use goldWave batch converter to convert to what ever format you like. Winamp will also get this job done. I have found Goldwave to be a little easyer and more friendly in this regard though. Hth
