Hi John: I get that too sometimes and it is really annoying. If that happens, I just close Firefox and reboot the system just to make sure it is gone. Then I can use Firefox normally again. This has not happened to me for a long time, and I hope it never does, but if it does, that is what I will have to do unless someone can tell us about a better way. Kevin Huber
