Greetings My down arrow key is not behaving properly in Outlook 2010. When I open a message to read, it appears as if the cursor is not moving down. Regardless of how often I press the down arrow key, the only line read is the first line.
The down arrow behaves properly when composing. Also read-to-end behaves as it should. If I stop read-to-end and continue by pressing the down arrow key, Window-eyes only reads the line where read-to-end was haulted. When I check the cursor settings in the WE control Panel, down arrow is set to line, same as up arrow. I have reloaded the set file and shut down Outlook. When I call up Outlook the behaviour hasn't changed. BTW, alt+period works properly. Vic If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
