Hi, Jill is not a Vocalizer expressive voice she is a Vocalizer voice. If you purchased an expressive license, she won't work.

I tried several times to download the said voice (Pre;miuum) from the “Get More Voices) button in the Help menu. I say “Yes” to the user acct. I modify it; but, I’ve tried several times to download it and, yet, I don’t see it in the voices that I have. All the other voices I downloaded are there. How many voices can I have?
