yes, press windows key + b to get to the system tray, now arrow to the left until you get to the sound icon and press your applications key or shift f10. then arrow down to playback devices and press enter. once this dialog pops up press control tab until you get to communications tab. tab to the radio buttons and arrow up or down to do nothing then tab to ok and you will be set.
