Yes it is. Best of all the Skype Enhanced app ships with Window-Eyes to
enable reading and management of chat messages. There is also Gw Connect
which uses the Skype service but if your project requires video then
this won't be suitable as Gw Connect only supports voice due to
limitations with the Skype Runtime Kit used with the program.
