Greetings I am having problems with the cursor keys not moving in the body of Outlook 2010 messages. I am running the Outlook Enhanced app and going through all steps it is functioning correctly.
Using the arrow keys does not move the cursor, read-to-end works, the mouse works and alt+comma or period works too. I would like the left/right/up/down arrow keys to work as well. Especially when reading text character by character.
