Hi,
Press control-backslash to open Window-eyes control panel.  Navigate to
general and press right arrow, /Press down arrow to move to start up
options.
Press alt-t to move to and open the start up options button.
If you have user account control enabled, press alt-y to allow it.
Then make sure the two check boxes are checked.

Sounds like something on the computer stopped window-eyes from starting
up.  Just moving the computer to a new house won't prevent we from
starting at boot.
