Hi Kenneth: I have spent some time with it and I have done some research on it as well.
First, the Google Accessibility Team have spent a lot of time and effert making it work with Chromevox, NVDA, JAWS and SPeakout for Mac, and they guarantee that it will work for all of those, but that do not guarantee that it will work for Window-eyes. In my own trials I found that, indeed, it doesn't work for Window-eyes but I could not get it to work much better with JAWS. I did, however, get it to work with NVDA and I found that it also works with with Google Chrome and Chromevox. I could not try it with Speakout because I do not have a Mac.
