check all of your plug in's sometimes they can be breaking window-eyes I've
noticed it just recently, disable the ones you do not use or have any idea
what they do

I have no idea what's going on here, but when I go to Youtube, more often
than not, WE8.4 stops talking. Sometimes it's completely silent and
sometimes I get chopped off words. It's the Youtube page where this is
happening. If there's a way around or a way to stop it, I'd appreciate
knowing about it.
