Hi Everyone,
Something happened with IE Enhanced today, and I couldn't go online at all.
I had to call the folks at Microsoft to fix it. It was a mess.
They completely installed some stuff that was related to the
Microsoft Visual Runtime libraries again, as there were some
components that were missing.
I just want to say that their assistance was excellent, and I used
the special service for the Blind and visually impaired.
They also helpped me fix my problems with Adobe Flash player.
Even Jennifer from Microsoft had trouble getting the latest version
of Adobe Flash Player. I was so happy when we were able to play a
video from YouTube.
In case anyone wants to know, the latest version of Adobe Flash Player is 12.
I highly recommend their service when it is needed.
We have no idea what caused the problem.
