I'm not aware of any particular problems with Window-Eyes in IE11. But IE11 is very buggy and they're on the slow road to making it work. Some pages won't display correctly, links won't work, flash problems, and so on.
But it does block one security hole they haven't fixed in IE10 yet.
So you can give it a whirl if you want and just uninstall it if it doesn't work and you'll go back to IE10. That's exactly what I did.
