Hi,
To use the alt-; and alt-' commands you do not go into spell check.

1. Write a document in word or an email (Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013).

2. write some words that are spelled incorrectly in your text.

3. Press control-home to move to the top of the document/email.

4. Press alt-' This moves you to the first misspelled word.

5. Press the applications key. Use down arrow to go through your list
of suggestions and press enter on the correct word.

6. Press alt-' again to move to the next error. and repeat the previous
step.
Note: because you are in the document and not in the spell checker
dialog you can use standard reading and editing commands.
For example, control-numpad 2 to read current sentence or control-numpad
8 to read current paragraph. alt-; and alt-' just jump you from one
error to the next.

I have this problem with MS Word 2010. I was told about the keys Alt+,
and Alt+. However, I can’t figure out what they do. They seem pretty
worthless. Do I have to read the suggestions with the mouse? Tab and
arrow keys do nothing in the spell-check dialogue. Thanks.
