What version of firefox are you using? Also, what operating system does your computer currently have? I just recently installed FireFox 27.0.1 and have Window-eyes 8.4.0 and the only thing I see is if you press alt+b it will announce "context menu". If you press the alt key it seems to go right to the menu bar and lets you arrow to the right to find the book marks selection. Also, I'd be sure that the menu bar is checked in the view menu and selecting toolbars.
