okay, I now see what you mean. Microsoft got rid of Hotmail.com and replaced it with outlook. now I tried deleting a message and like you said window-eyes doesn’t see the delete button as a link or a button. This is something I’ve seen on other sites and already asked the mailing list to look into. Maybe GW Micro is looking into this. NVDA is seeing a lot more form controls like check boxes in front of each email and you are able to click on the delete button with it. So the only work around right now is to use NVDA cause even pressing the applications key doesn’t work with window-eyes

At least that is what it use to do. Have not used it in a while. Your best bet is to install WLM, Outlook, or thunder bird.
