Hi Mike: First of all, gw Micro has change the name of the product of which you speak to gw-connect, so when I refer to Gw-connect, you will know what I am talking about. To answer your first question, yes, gw-connect is accessible with Window-eyes. You will have to install it and go through the pulldown menus yourself to find out what it can do. If you are talking about what happens when somebody calls you, there is a hotkey to answer that call. In fact, GW Micro has built hotkeys into every function of GW-connect.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer the rest of your questions, but I am sure someone else on the list will tell you.
