Hi,

I have just been asked to try PuTTY, instead of TeraTerm Pro for SSH
connections at work.

I am running PuTTY with the window maximized.

I have a PuTTY set file and association is made. Under the Cursor menu, I have
set the up arrow to have the first action of "to end of line" and the second
action is undefined. The cursor delay is set at three.
I have the same settings for the down arrow key.

When I up arrow and down arrow, it does not read just what is on the current
line. It seems to read the current line and the previous or next line, too.

I tried changing the first action to "line", but, still had more lines read
back than the current line.

However, ideally, I would like to have the "to end of line" action work.

When I use the control plus numpad 5 key combination, I get the correct line
read back to me, without any other preveious or next lines.

Anybody got a fix for getting the first action of "to end of line" to work?

Thanks.

Martha
