Actually Kevin it is control shift k, not control shift c

Hi Gerardo:
Try pressing control-shift-c at the beginning of the article, then find the end 
of the artical, then press control-shift-c again.  This will allow you to keep 
the formatting when you paste it into another document, for example, if there 
is a table in the article, that table will remain intact when the article is 
pasted into that other document.
