Hi, Due to the nature of safe mode, it loads very few drivers and programs to help diagnose errors. So in safe mode the Microsoft license isn't loaded, therefor turning Window-eyes for Office into a demo.

Hello, I noticed that when you are using the window-eyes for office full version in normal mode for windows, it’s a full version. However, in safe mode, it reverts to a 30 minute demo. Is this by design? What happens if your trouble shooting takes longer than 30 minutes? Thanks, Darrell
