Hi, When I'm reading messages with the message virtualization option turned on, I cannot get links in the message to activate. I've tried this on multiple messages with links. I've tried muleiple ways - using the Insert + Tab and activating link from there, pressing L to get to he link and hitting return, routing the mouse pointer to the link and clicking and using the application key to open the link. The two things that do work is to turn off message virtualization, which I'd rather not do and, my new trick, start a reply to the message then click the link from within the reply. Both of those options immediately launch internet explorer and take me to the correct URL.
Anyone seen this issue before? Using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 with WE 8.4 and the Outlook Enhance app turned on.
