If it has an Atom Bay Trail processor from Intel, and has the Pro
designation (I didn't look up the specs), it may be a bit slow, but it
should work with screen readers. If it was running Windows RT and had an
ARM processor (whoever manufactured it), it would only work with Narrator
and not any third-party screen readers.

Window-eyes works fine n the Dell tablet, it just doesn't work with touch.
It would be as if you are running a normal windows 8 desktop or laptop
without touch.
