Hi,
What Braille display?
Most of the time you'll need third party braille display drivers installed.

After that, go to the Window-eyes control panel.
Select devices and right arrow to open it.
Down arrow to braille displays and press tab. Select your display from the list and tab one more time to the port and select USB.
