Hi Norene, This is how I handle attachments in WLM: First turn browse mode off. Then, using shift-tab, or tab, navigate to the link where the attachment is. If there is more than one use the arrow keys to select the one you want. Press enter and a dialog will come up asking whether you want to open or save the attachment. make your choice from there. Alternatively, you can use the alt keys to find the attachment and interact with it that way. I’m not sure of the exact steps for this, but there is a webinar on the GW site dealing with WLM which goes through this.
