I haven't come across this problem.

Hi Reg,
Sorry, but Firefox simply doesn't respond to Alt-Shift-M to suspend page
refreshes. In such circumstances, you are forced to use IE; that's why you
need two browsers on any system when you're blind. smile

Hi all
I'm using the latest Firefox with W-E8.4, and some pages, such as this
one, seem to reload unstoppably.

I'm asking this question here because the sighted people I ask don't
seem to be having this problem, so I wondered if it might be a feature
of browse mode or something, although I have tried turning "auto
download" off, without success.
Any thoughts?
