Unfortunately the slider doesn't seem to be there in Mozilla Farterfox. AndI
only use Farterfox on YouTube because it has an optional ad blocker plugin
whichh as far as I know Internet Exploder lacks.

I haven't used this method in a while, but I used to be able to turn off
browse mode (Control-Shift-A) and use the YouTube shuttle keys:
J = rewind.
K = Pause.
L = Fast forward.
