About three months ago I had a problem on my machine which meant I
had to be in touch with Malwarebytes Security team. This was several
weeks before the release of version 2. I was advised not to install
version 2 when it was released. They were already aware that version
2 would not work with screen readers. They hoped that the next
version would be accessible. I pointed out to them that lots of
visually impaired users were being denied access to a product they
had already paid for and that they were likely to lose customers if
the next version isn't accessible. The more people that complain,
the more notice they are likely to take.
